"My order showed up late again, and..."
My order showed up late again, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea what was going on. When it finally arrived, the box looked like it had been tossed around without much care. Frustrating overall, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

"Not worth the price to me"
I tried it once, it just felt too expensive for what I got. Maybe it was just my order, but when one experience feels that overpriced, it kind of makes me assume the rest of the menu probably isn’t much better value either.

"Big selection, but too much is unavailable"
At first it looks like they have a huge selection of movies, but once I started clicking around, so many were out of stock or backordered. It got annoying fast because I had to keep checking titles, looking for alternatives, and basically doing extra work just to find something available. Newer stuff I actually wanted was especially hard to get.

"Never got a reply from customer service"
Emailed them twice about my order and still haven’t heard a thing. Frustrating, honestly. Feels like once they’ve got your money, they just stop caring.

"Save your time — still no refund"
I sent my order back weeks ago and I’m still waiting for my refund. Every time I reach out to customer service, I just get vague responses and nothing actually gets resolved. It’s been really frustrating, i wouldn’t bother ordering from Movies Unlimited again.
